Facilities Repair Technician

Northeast Precast is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Repair Technician to complete general building repairs, fixture replacements, installations, and property-improvement projects across our facilities. This role focuses on maintaining offices, restrooms, common areas, and other building-related spaces rather than production equipment. The position requires a professional who can safely perform minor repairs, document work, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
