Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor oversees all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and readiness for the PA manufacturing site, ensuring the physical work environment meets operational requirements, safety standards, and supports employee welfare. This role involves coordinating facility buildout activities, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the startup and ongoing operations of manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure. The position requires a hands-on leader to manage daily facility operations, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
