Facilities Technician

This role supports the daily operation of restaurant facilities by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC units, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building components. The position ensures a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members through preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and prompt responses to equipment breakdowns. The technician also coordinates with outside contractors and maintains compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
