Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance and coordination of building improvements for Enchanted Rock's Houston properties. This role ensures all building systems are operational, addresses safety concerns, performs regular inspections, and coordinates repairs with landlords and contractors. The position requires maintaining relationships with internal departments and reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.
