Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure Fountain House facilities are kept safe, clean, and operate in a dignified manner. The role involves inspecting and troubleshooting machinery, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing problems, and performing preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns. The technician collaborates with staff and members to prioritize maintenance needs and responds to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
