Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential homes and office buildings within a designated service area. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The technician operates a company-provided vehicle and uses company tools to complete a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.
