Facilities & Utilities Manager

The Facilities & Utilities Manager leads the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities and utilities for the Fort Worth Plant while serving as the U.S. Subject Matter Expert for all U.S. HVAC manufacturing sites. This role involves direct management of facilities personnel and third-party partners, overseeing critical infrastructure, and driving standardization and governance across the U.S. HVAC footprint. The position requires strong project lifecycle leadership, CapEx strategy management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
