Facility Ambassador

The Facility Ambassador serves as the operational backbone for Class-A office buildings, providing comprehensive support to the Site and Facility Manager across maintenance operations, vendor oversight, and occupancy services. This full-time, in-office role acts as the primary point of contact for client employees, managing work order ticketing, vendor performance, and guest services to ensure exceptional workplace experiences. The position requires proactive client relationship cultivation, routine site assessments, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external service providers to maintain compliance and exceed key performance indicators.
