Facility Construction Lead

LMI is seeking a Facility Construction Lead to oversee the design, build-out, and delivery of office and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) space for a new facility in Raleigh, NC. This role serves as the de-facto project manager for the construction effort, managing contractor and stakeholder relationships while ensuring facilities meet all physical and technical security requirements. The position involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and government officials to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
