About this role

As a Facility Engineer, you will maintain and repair diverse mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and boilers to ensure club safety and functionality. You will manage emergency repairs, monitor pool chemistry and temperature, and prioritize fire safety compliance while utilizing CMMS software for tracking maintenance. This role requires direct oversight of building infrastructure to provide a safe and inviting environment for members and staff.

Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and recreational pools
Ensure pool chemistry and temperature comply with state and company requirements
Verify fire and alarm protection devices meet local building codes and regulations
Respond to and prioritize emergency repair requests across facility infrastructure
Record all maintenance activities and preventative measures into the CMMS software
