About this role

A Facility Engineer ensures the safety and proper function of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and recreational pools, across our clubs. The role involves inspecting and maintaining equipment, managing repair requests, and ensuring compliance with state and local safety regulations. This position requires implementing well-functioning spaces while providing a positive experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

Inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ensure recreational pool chemistry and temperature compliance
Maintain fire and alarm protection devices per regulations
Respond to and prioritize emergency repair requests
Record maintenance activities in CMMS software
