Facility Maintenance Associate

This role supports the Corporate and Enterprise Facility Services department by managing customer service requests, maintenance schedules, and capital project activities across over 1,200 locations. The associate is responsible for triaging work orders, coordinating vendor services, processing invoices, and maintaining preventative maintenance programs to ensure facility uptime. The position also involves producing routine reports, supporting capital planning initiatives, and ensuring clear communication with external vendors.
