Facility Maintenance I

The Facility Maintenance I position performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance of City buildings, grounds, equipment, and building systems. The role involves independently identifying and completing routine maintenance tasks, operating various maintenance equipment, and ensuring the safety and operational readiness of assigned facilities. The employee is expected to take ownership of facility conditions, maintain documentation, and communicate significant concerns to supervisors.
