Facility / Maintenance Manager

The Facility / Maintenance Manager oversees the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment, building systems, and maintenance personnel within a powder metal manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, capital projects, and facility infrastructure to support continuous production operations. The position requires close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, safety, and purchasing departments to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
