Facility Maintenance Operations Manager

This role is responsible for managing facility maintenance operations, including developing capital plans, ensuring property safety systems compliance, and overseeing daily property inspections. The position involves managing procurement, operating expenses, and contractor performance while maintaining a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers. The incumbent will also support tenant construction activities, manage staff development, and handle day-to-day operational duties as Manager-on-Duty.
