The Facility Maintenance Tech serves as the operational backbone for the Center Court Pickleball experience, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships function at peak performance across multiple club locations. This role is responsible for executing a disciplined preventive maintenance program, managing capital assets, and enforcing safety and compliance standards to support players, staff, and guests. The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain facility uptime and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
