Facility Maintenance

This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance and general facility support tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of buildings. The position requires conducting safety walkthroughs, troubleshooting reported issues, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to resolve maintenance requests within defined service levels. The ideal candidate will maintain detailed records, lead facility improvement projects, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
