Facility Management Leader / Site Security Coordinator

This role serves as the central governance and control point between Alstom Mannheim and its external Facility Management provider, Apleona. The position focuses on operational security, cost and performance management, asset preservation, and the implementation of corporate security policies at the site. As a leadership key role without direct personnel responsibility, the incumbent drives strategic impact through contract management, budget oversight, and security coordination.
