Facility Manager - JLL

The Facilities Manager will lead a team of ten professionals overseeing approximately 400,000 square feet of leased facilities across two Bay Area locations, including a primary ISO 8 cleanroom in Milpitas and a satellite site in San Jose. The role is responsible for maintenance programs, vendor management, regulatory compliance, budget oversight, and serving as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
