Responsibilities include executing maintenance programs, managing budgets and contracts, supervising site services, and aligning operational activities with client objectives.

Responsibilities

Execute rigorous preventive and predictive maintenance programs for complex laboratory environments
Manage facility budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency
Oversee daily operations including custodial services, life safety systems, and general maintenance
Supervise facility personnel and coordinate performance evaluations and training initiatives
Assist in developing capital budgets and five-year facility improvement plans
