About this role

The Facility Manager leads the operations of the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance departments to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the long-term care home. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role involves overseeing facility services, managing staff, and supporting resident-centred care initiatives. The position also plays a key leadership function in facility improvement projects and ensures compliance with all applicable legislation and standards.
