About this role

This role leads the strategic facility planning, design, and construction program for Intermountain Health, reporting to the Assistant Vice President. The position oversees major capital projects, develops facility master plans, and ensures compliance with building codes and health regulations while collaborating with Real Estate and Operations teams. It also involves managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, as well as leading a team of project managers and external consultants.

Lead strategic facility master planning and programming for major capital projects
Oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets for design and construction initiatives
Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety codes, and healthcare regulations
Develop and maintain system-wide design standards and capital plans
Mentor project managers and manage external consultants on assigned projects
