Facility Space Planner

Serve as the single point of contact for all Headquarters, Department of the Air Force space management and planning matters within the Pentagon, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Joint Base Andrews, and leased space throughout the National Capital Region. The role involves initiating and coordinating real property programs, analyzing space utilization, and managing facility space allocation to optimize mission objectives. This position requires supporting real property acquisitions, lease management, and relocation planning while ensuring compliance with federal policies and maintaining an active Secret clearance.
