Facility Staff Scheduler

The Facility Staff Scheduler manages scheduling for C.N.As, C.M.As, LVNs, and RNs at a skilled nursing facility to ensure adequate staffing coverage and quality of care. The role involves utilizing the HRIS Scheduler to research openings, minimizing overtime, and reaching out to employees to cover shifts. The scheduler must also be available for last-minute schedule changes and may assist on the floor if certified as a C.N.A. or Nurse.
