Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the daily operations and administration of a youth treatment facility, ensuring the efficient delivery of habilitation and rehabilitation services. This role involves managing shift operations, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards, rules, and protocols. The position also includes coordinating treatment programs, managing facility security, and serving as the Terminal Agency Coordinator for law enforcement database systems when assigned.
