FAIS Supervision Framework Manager

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a FAIS supervision framework for SBIB, SIL, Voice Branch, and Branch distribution to ensure regulatory compliance and fair client treatment. The position involves managing risk, regulatory, and compliance activities while fostering a client-led culture and ensuring high-performing teams. The role requires close collaboration with People and Culture, Segments, and Corporate Functions to align operations with conduct requirements and drive market share growth.
