Faith and Development Supervisor

The Faith and Development Supervisor at World Vision Mali is responsible for developing and integrating spiritual training initiatives for staff, strengthening partnerships with churches and religious missions, and promoting holistic Christian witness to support child and community development. The role involves supporting national and zonal coordinators in embedding Faith and Development models across programs, fostering social cohesion, and ensuring the organization's Christian identity and ethics are effectively communicated and lived out.
