The Fall Educational Liaison serves as the primary liaison between after-school program staff and school-day staff to ensure alignment with the school-day curriculum. This role involves collaborating with the Program Director to develop and select curricula, facilitating staff training, and providing ongoing instructional support to promote student growth in literacy, numeracy, and STEM. The position requires ensuring compliance with DYCD professional development requirements and supporting program staff through observations, coaching, and supervision.
