Fall Intern, A&R (West Coast)

This entry-level role supports the Sony Music Publishing A&R department with daily administrative tasks, including managing executive schedules, organizing digital information, and handling reception duties. The position also involves discovering new talent by researching unsigned songwriters, attending shows, and adding songs to the PITCH database for the Sync team. Candidates will assist in compiling release playlists, creating songwriter decks, and providing weekly reports on airplay charts and streaming data.
