About this role

An Environmental Occupational Health and Safety (EOSH) Professional will support the FAA's Fall Protection Program by inspecting workplaces, conducting equipment checks, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. The role involves creating and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures, delivering technical training to various levels of staff, and preparing detailed safety reports. This position requires the ability to work at heights and travel up to 75% of the time across the United States.

Responsibilities

Inspect workplaces for fall hazards and determine mitigation steps
Conduct equipment inspections to recommend repairs and replacements
Deliver technical safety training to frontline workers and management
Prepare and submit required Environmental Occupational Health and Safety reports
Ensure fall protection specifications comply with applicable laws and regulations
