Fall Refugee Cash Assistance Intern

About this role
The Public Benefits Intern at the International Rescue Committee supports the Cash Assistance team to help ensure refugee clients access public benefits such as TANF and Refugee Cash Assistance. The position is based in Arizona and provides hands-on exposure to public policy and humanitarian work through engagement with clients and state benefit systems. This is an unpaid, in-person internship for the Fall 2025 semester.
