Family Advocate (Bilingual Spanish)

The Family Advocate partners with Head Start families to promote children’s healthy development and school readiness through family-centered engagement and support. The role focuses on enhancing family wellbeing, supporting vulnerable families and those with special needs, and building community connections to strengthen family outcomes. This position advances the organization’s mission to close achievement gaps for young children and their families.
