Family Advocate - Head Start

The Family Advocate serves as a critical link between families, staff, and community resources to support the well-being of participants in The Centers' Early Learning program. Responsibilities include establishing cooperative relationships, conducting home visits, managing enrollment and attendance, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical proficiency with data systems, and the ability to facilitate family transitions and community partnerships.
