Family Advocate

The Family Advocate provides support services to empower families enrolled in the Head Start program, including transportation assistance, community referrals, and family goal setting. The role involves conducting family visits, facilitating parent training and meetings, and ensuring the implementation of the Parent, Family and Community Engagement Framework. This position requires collaboration with teaching staff, community partners, and local Parent Committees to support family success and child development.
