Family Advocate

The Family Advocate provides pre- and post-adoptive support to foster, adoptive, and guardianship families in central Missouri, helping them navigate community resources and understand their rights. This full-time role involves assessing family well-being, coordinating services, and maintaining detailed case documentation to ensure the stability and success of the families served. The position requires strong advocacy skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with diverse families and youth with trauma.
