Family Centered Treatment – FCT‑R Practitioner

The FCT‑R Practitioner will provide in‑home mental health and/or substance use treatment to families, working collaboratively with a team of practitioners and Peer Recovery Specialists to promote recovery and stability. The role involves conducting two 2‑hour treatment sessions per week per client/family, maintaining accurate records, and traveling statewide as needed, with a hybrid work arrangement offering up to 20% remote work.
