About this role

The Family Housing Hub Specialist supports families experiencing a housing crisis by problem solving, identifying resources, offering support and/or assessment through the community coordinated entry system at the Family Housing Hub (FHH). The role involves providing client navigation services and screenings for families experiencing homelessness to divert them to safe housing options and connect them to the community emergency shelter waitlist.

High School or GED DiplomaBachelor's degree (preferred)3 years of experience working with at-risk populations and/or case managementDemonstrated knowledge of Motivational InterviewingKnowledge of non-profit sector
