Family Inclusion Worker

Waythrough is seeking a Family Inclusion Worker to support children, young people, and families affected by drug and alcohol use through a whole-family approach. This outreach-based role involves providing targeted interventions, conducting assessments, and developing recovery plans to help families build stronger relationships and improve their wellbeing. The position requires collaboration with multi-agency partners to ensure the safety and positive development of vulnerable individuals across local services.
