Staff members work directly in families' homes and communities, requiring flexible scheduling and frequent travel based on family availability.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-going assessments of youth needs from a strength-focused perspective
Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions directly in families' homes
Collaborate with courts and providers to formulate collaborative treatment plans
Provide on-call crisis support to youth and families as schedules require
Complete accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system
