A Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population at Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health in Nashua, NH. This W2 employed, not-for-profit role is a clinical affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital and includes traditional benefits, PTO, CME support, and a competitive base salary. The position is daytime clinic-based with a standard 8am–5pm shift and a 36 patient hours / 4 admin hours weekly structure.
