Acenda Integrated Health
The Family Partner builds collaborative relationships with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to support engagement within the Family Success Center and broader community. This role provides problem-solving support, guidance, and outreach to help families achieve their goals through activities, referrals, and advocacy. The position also involves working with the Volunteer Coordinator to implement parent engagement approaches and support the development of parent leaders.
