Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre
An experienced Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to Indigenous individuals at SOAHAC's London site, integrating Western clinical practice with traditional healing and cultural safety. The role focuses on longitudinal, relationship-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration within a wholistic framework to address social determinants of health.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
