Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre
The Family Physician provides comprehensive primary care to Indigenous clients at the SOAHAC London site, delivering health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic care within an interdisciplinary, culturally safe framework. The role involves collaborative care planning, documentation, and trauma-informed practice while supporting longitudinal, relationship‑based care.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
