The Family Services Coordinator II supports the mission, goals, and values of the OPO by screening and evaluating potential donors. The role involves working with families to provide information regarding donation opportunities, obtaining authorization, and conducting comprehensive medical and social histories. Additionally, the position provides bereavement support to families and hospital staff throughout the donation process.
