CAPSLO (Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County) is a nonprofit community action agency that works to reduce poverty and strengthen families across San Luis Obispo County through direct services, programs, and advocacy. It delivers a range of supports for low-income residents, including emergency financial assistance (rent and utilities), housing and homelessness prevention, food and basic-needs programs, and early childhood services such as Head Start and childcare.
