About this role

The Family Support Coordinator is a regionally based role that ensures effective, equitable, and culturally responsive coordination of family support services across California’s Regional Network Hubs. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison for Family Support Specialists, subgrantees, and community partners, providing technical assistance, oversight, and quality assurance to deliver trauma‑informed, high‑quality services to immigrant families.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary regional liaison for Family Support Specialists and partners
Coordinate delivery of family support and stabilization services across the region
Provide technical assistance, training, and capacity building to subgrantees
Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with grant requirements
Build and maintain partnerships with local service providers and community organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, International Development, or related fieldMaster's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nonprofit Leadership, or similar
