Family Support Educator

The Family Support Educator provides expert field-based patient education and support to the Rett community, serving as a dedicated point of contact for families and caregivers throughout the treatment journey. This role involves delivering disease state and product education, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and helping patients successfully start and stay on therapy. The position requires strong communication skills and a patient-centric approach to assist underserved neurological and rare disease communities.
