Family Support Keyworker

The Family Support Keyworker provides intensive support to families with complex needs within the Early Help offer, utilizing a single-family plan to address issues and improve outcomes for children. This role involves engaging with hard-to-reach families, working flexibly with multi-agency stakeholders, and occasionally working outside standard office hours. The position requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and crisis management skills to empower families and facilitate positive change.
