Family Support Navigator

The Family Support Navigator provides consistent, high-quality care to clients and families through evidence-based, culturally competent, and person-centered behavioral health services. This role acts as a liaison to connect youth and families with appropriate services, including school-based, peer support, and outpatient care. The position involves facilitating family partner and peer support services, providing advocacy and coaching, and coordinating care across health and behavioral health settings to support wellness and recovery.
