Family Support Partner

The Family Support Partner role involves working within High Fidelity Wraparound principles to support caregivers and families with children transitioning from out-of-home placement or at risk of removal. This position requires firsthand experience as a parent or caregiver of a child involved in mental health, substance use, or juvenile justice systems. The partner serves as a conduit for the Wraparound process in community meetings and shares ongoing successes and challenges with the broader community.
